The style menu is similar to that found in many Macintosh applications, and is used to select styles for text. The Left, Center, and Right justification options apply to an entire block of text, whereas the other styles and sizes can be applied to portions of text within a block.
To apply a style, select the text to which the style is to be applied, and then choose the style from the menu. To remove a style, first select Plain Text, and then choose the styles you wish to reapply.
